These Terms govern use of Michino Rinkaku (the “Service”), provided by DeepGreen(the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service organizes and introduces videos published by third parties. The Operator does not guarantee that claims in those videos are true. See the Disclaimer.

• Violating applicable law or public order.
• Interfering with operation of the Service.
• Copying, republishing, or redistributing Service content without permission.
• Making high-volume automated requests.
• Infringing the rights or legitimate interests of others or the Operator.

Copyright in the Service’s articles, editorial headlines, summaries, and structured data belongs to the Operator. Rights in embedded videos, thumbnails, and video content belong to their respective owners.

The Operator may change, suspend, or end the Service without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning the Service.
